The health coaching process is a facilitated journey with an expert who is trained in both effective coaching as well as the key disciplines of wellness such as nutrition, movement, and emotional wellbeing.
Declare’s health coaching process breaks down into 3 key pillars:
1. Identify Your True Goals & Motivations
Your coach will work with you to help you understand what’s really going on to identify your true health goals and what may be holding you back.
2. Create a Roadmap
Work with your coach to set an action plan focused on impactful and achievable steps to improve your well being.
3. Practice, Adjust, & Achieve
Your coach will walk alongside you to guide you and motivate you every step of the way. You may not always get it right, and that’s okay. Your coach will work with you to teach and train you in key behaviors, reflect on what’s working and help you make adjustments along the way.
